Terms of service

1. The service

FitDesk is a cloud gym management system — members, memberships, check-in, sales, cash, staff and reports — provided "as is" and continuously improved.

2. Your account

You are responsible for accurate sign-up details, keeping passwords secret, everything done by your gym's users, and giving each user appropriate permissions.

3. Trial, prices and payment

14-day free trial. Then SAR 50 per month or SAR 500 per year (or equivalent) per gym, unless agreed otherwise.

An invoice is issued on each activation or renewal and is due within 7 days. If unpaid or expired, the account becomes read-only (view and export, no changes) until renewed.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes never apply to a period already paid.

4. The gym's responsibilities

Enter accurate and lawful data, obtain members' and staff consent to collect and use their data (including health declarations and punch location), and comply with the data protection laws that apply to you.

Tax and e-invoicing settings and the correctness of prices and amounts are the gym's responsibility. FitDesk is a tool and does not give tax, accounting or legal advice.

Don't use the service for unlawful activity or spam, or attempt to access other gyms' data or disrupt the service.

5. Data ownership

The gym's data belongs to the gym. It can export it at any time; we process it only under the privacy policy and never use it for anything other than providing the service.

6. Availability and support

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available with daily backups, but interruptions for maintenance or reasons beyond our control may happen and we don't guarantee it is error-free. Check-in works offline and syncs later.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what the gym paid FitDesk in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Suspension and termination

You can cancel at any time; the subscription runs to the end of the paid period without partial refunds unless agreed otherwise.

We may suspend an account for breach of these terms or non-payment after notice. After termination the data stays available for export for 30 days and is then deleted.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, subject to mandatory provisions of the gym's own country.

10. Changes

We may update these terms and will notify gym owners inside the app before material changes take effect. Continued use means acceptance.
